HALOX® 550 by ICL is an inorganic-organic hybrid sol-gel corrosion inhibitor that protects water-based and solvent-based coatings. It can boost the adhesion of the systems through the development of a sol-gel network and the formation of hydrophobic nano-domains within the coating. It is suitable for clear coats, direct-to-metal, latex primers, thin film coatings, acrylic emulsions, water-dispersible alkyds, alkyd emulsions, polyesters, epoxy, urethane, and high gloss coatings. It is easy to disperse, post-addable, and reduces white rust on galvanized and black rust on Galvalume™. It offers increased hydrophobicity, improved anti-fingerprint, and no effect on gloss. It provides reduced silver, aluminum oxidation and high-temperature stability. HALOX® 550 is non-flammable, pH stable, and has a low freeze point. It is a temporary rust inhibitor for cold-rolled steel, blasted steel, and aluminum. It can impart corrosion resistance to final metal rinsing solutions. The dosage level for water-based acrylic is 1-4%, alkyd is 0.5-2%, epoxy is 1-4%, urethane is 0.5-3%, hybrids & others is 0.5-4%. It has a shelf life of 12 months.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
