HV-BLUE is white powder with a pale blue reflection composed of Synthetic Fluorphlogopite (and) Titanium Dioxide (and) Polymethyl Methacrylate (and) Tin Oxide (and) Polyvinyl Alcohol. This PMMA-Coated pearl has small PMMA particles to limit the specular reflection and create a more natural look. It reduces bluish appearance in sunscreens, provides a smooth texture, soft focus and a mild sparkling effect. This Microsphere Composite can be used for color correction and in applications such as emulsions, gels, hot pours and powders.
