RBTD-371-11SP is a no grit, fine white powder composed of Titanium Dioxide (And) Triethoxycaprylylsilane (And) Polyhydroxystearic Acid.This Hybrid Surface Teatment (11SP) renders the pigments and powders hydrophobic and lipophilic which allows them to be easily dispersed into esters, mineral oils, and silicone fluids. In addition, 11SP also offers the ability to make a pressed powder using dimethicone as the sole liquid binder, while providing an ultra creamy feel with excellent spreadability without a glazing effect.
