Documents

Polyglykol 10000 FL Terra is a polyethylene glycol that is used for a wide variety of applications including: reactive diol/polyether component in polyester or polyurethene resins; component of auxiliaries for leather and textile processing; lubricant and mould release agent for rubber, plastic and elastomer processing; plasticizer and binder for ceramic and concrete manufacturing; component of lubricant formulations; water soluble, lubricating component in metalworking fluids; humectant for paper, wood and cellulose films; solvent and humectant for dyes and inks; modifier for production of regenerated viscose; humectant and plasticizer for adhesives; and heat transfer medium.

Polyglykol 10000 FL Terra provides the same performance as its conventional (no Terra) counterpart.

As a member of the Terra-family, the purpose of the mass-balanced supply chain model is to use biobased or renewable raw materials. The mass balance is certified according to the REDCert2 and ISCC Plus standards for the chemical industry.

This means: use of raw materials specified by the EU directive 2015/1513/EC Annex IX, no plastic waste, no animal origin, no Palm Oil/Palm Kernel Oil. Additional value includes replacement of fossil raw materials, reduced product carbon footprint compared to same materials made from fossil based raw materials, and RCI 100%.
