Danfat Bake LS

Danfat Bake LS is edible RDB, non-hydrogenated fat manufactured from select fractions of a non-transgenic high oleic palm oil (oleic fatty acid 55%) and palm oil, 100% vegetable oil. No chemicals are involved, and this product is also free of trans fatty acids, non-GMO, and cholesterol free. This fat has been specially designed to be used in the manufacturing of cookie formulations where reduction of the saturated fatty acids is necessary. It is also ideal for bakery products manufactured in cold weather and is recommended for wafers, donuts and baking dough. This product offers excellent microbiological stability and is highly resistant to oxidation.
