LA-700, a high brightness glass powder, is an oxide that is combined in an amorphous state in a calcium aluminosilicate glass. Under a microscope, LA Glass powder particles are transparent, angular-shaped, with like dimensions in the x, y and z axis. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy indorses that the LA Glass calcium aluminosilicate powders contain no crystalline silica and are fully amorphous. LA Glass powders improve a wide range of plastics, paints, adhesives, and coatings. Stain/scrub resistance, tint retention, and high consistent brightness can be attained in most coating and paint systems. LA Glass powders can be effortlessly dispersed in solvent- or water- based systems and has low oil absorption (28). LA-700 has a specific gravity of 2.5, a bulk density of 40 lb/ft3, a pH of 10.5, and a refractive index of 1.51.

Vitro Minerals, headquartered in Conyers, Georgia, has developed innovative glass products for use as crystalline silica free blasting media, functional fillers for the coatings, plastics, and sealants industries, and mineral admixtures for concrete. Vitro Minerals LA Glass grades offer excellent consistency in particle size, brightness, and hegman grind. LA Glass products have very high brightness and corrosion resistance rendering them inert in both solvent & water based coating systems. In addition to chemical inertness, LA Glass offers excellent abrasión resistance and low oil absorptions.
Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Previous Bookmarks and Tags
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
Adding Items
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
Create a New List
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
Multiple Lists
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
