Type 4812 Gum Arabic is a light-colored, spray-dried gum arabic produced from 100% Acacia seyal. Its light color, excellent film-forming abilities, and other functional properties allow Type 4812 Gum Arabic to be used with great success in a wide range of applications ranging from flavor and fragrance production as the gold-standard carrier/encapsulant to fiber fortification in baked goods and dietary supplements. Type 4812 Gum Arabic is processed by water dissolution followed by ultra-cleaning and spray-drying under exacting conditions by our partner, Willy Benecke, in Germany. Gum Arabic, also known as Gum Acacia, is a natural gum harvested from the exterior of Acacia senegal and Acacia seyal trees in the form of dry, hard, nodules. Its unique properties endow it with a wide range of applications including, but not limited to, flavors, beverages, confections, and fiber fortification.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
