This material is UV stabilized.

This material has been developed to meet new specifications for low VOC emissions. Finalloy SMV-65 is particularly suitable for the injection moulding of non-painted, visible automotive interior parts that require an excellent scratch resistance. The impact strength of the material is very high, which makes this grade suitable for applications that have to fulfil e.g. knee, side and head impact requirements.

Finalloy SMV-66HM is a 15% mineral-filled and impact-modified polypropylene-based compound that combines a good impact-rigidity balance with very good processability. This material has been optimised to meet extremely severe specifications for low HC-emissions and odour in the car interior. Finalloy SMV-66HM is UV and heat stabilised and is particularly suitable for the injection moulding of non-painted, visible automotive interior parts.

Finalloy SR-64N S11 NATUR is a 15% mineral-filled and impact-modified polypropylene-based compound that combines a good impact/rigidity balance with very good processability. Finalloy SR-64N S11 NATUR is UV stabilized and is, in combination with a colour masterbatch, particularly suitable for the injection moulding of non-painted, visible automotive interior parts that require an excellent scratch resistance. The surface of parts produced with this material will not become sticky after exposure to heat and uv light.

Lumicene® MH140CN0 Europe
Polypropylene Lumicene® MH140CN0 is a metallocene homopolymer polypropylene with a Melt Flow Index of 140 g/10 min. Polypropylene Lumicene® MH140CN0 is characterized by a high fluidity and has a standard additivation package making this grade ideal for compounding and thin-wall injection moulding applications. This Lumicene MH140CN0 differs from standard homopolymer by its shrinkage reproducibility and outstanding organoleptics. The product is characterized by a low volatile/extractable content and is therefore particularly suitable for sensitive applications like interior automotive, pet food packaging etc. Polypropylene Lumicene® MH140CN0 is available in natural color.

Polypropylene Lumicene® MR 2001 is characterized by high fluidity for high speed spinning on spun laid non-woven lines where spun filaments are produced to form a web that is then thermally bonded to manufacture products for hygienic and technical uses. Polypropylene Lumicene® MR 2001 has a special anti gas-fading formulation to reduce yellowing in fibres.

Lumicene® MR10YN9 is a metallocene random copolymer with a Melt Flow Index of 10 g/10 min for fiber extrusion. Lumicene® MR10YN9 offers an excellent softness and thermal bonding performance thanks to its low melting temperature. Thanks to the metallocene based technology, fibers produced with this resin show an exceptionally low level of volatile organic compounds (VOC). Lumicene® MR10YN9 has a gas-fading resistant stabilization.

Polypropylene Lumicene® M3661 is an isotactic form of homopolymer polypropylene made via TotalEnergies’ proprietary metallocene catalyst technology. Applications: Lumicene® M3661 is a medium molecular weight material recommended for cast film extrusion. However, due to its unique and interesting properties, other applications may exist. Processing: Lumicene® M3661 is a lower crystallinity, narrower molecular weight distribution product than conventional polypropylene. Cast films produced from M3661 exhibit outstanding optical properties and toughness compared to standard materials.

Polypropylene M3721WZ is designed with high flow characteristics for ease of filling thin wall parts. Antistat: M3721WZ is engineered with a high level of antistat for shelf cleanliness and mold release. FDA: M3721WZ complies with all applicable FDA regulations for food contact applications. Polypropylene M3766 is an isotactic form of propylene made via TotalEnergies proprietary technology in our polypropylene plant in La Porte, Texas. FDA and Regulatory: Lumicene® M3766 complies with all applicable FDA regulations for food contact applications. Lumicene® M3766 is not intentionally manufactured to contain materials derived from genetically modified organisms (GMO), and is not intentionally formulated to contain or intentionally manufactured with phthalates. Applications: Lumicene® M3766 is recommended for melt spun and spunbond fiber applications. However, due to its unique and interesting properties, other applications may exist. Processing: Lumicene® M3766 is a narrower molecular weight distribution product than conventional polypropylene.
