Glastic® 1120 北アメリカ
Glastic 1120 is an asbestos-free fiberglass reinforcement thermoset resin sheet. This material has very low water absorption characteristics and also has good splash and spill resistance to acids, weak bases and aliphatic hydrocarbons.
Glastic® 1125 北アメリカ
Glastic® 1125 is a Corrosion-Resistant Panel ideal for applications where resistance to both flame, and the splash or spill of laboratory chemicals is important. This asbestos-free, fiberglass-reinforced polyester resin sheet offers a particularly low smoke generation when exposed to flame. Glastic® 1130 北アメリカ
Glastic 1130 is a fiberglass-reinforcement thermoset polyester composite system which is available as sheet stock or in a variety of pultruded shapes. Glastic 1130 is formulated from a special methyl methacrylate modified neopentyl glycol-isophthalic acid unsaturated polyester resin. This type of resin has long been known for outstanding resistance to color fading caused by sunlight, and for resistance to surface erosion caused by weathering. This resin is also recognized for its performance in corrosive enviornments, including acids, bases and aliphatic hydrocarbons. It also meets the National Electrical manufacturers Association criteria for grade GPO-3. Glastic 1130 was developed to meet the challenging requirements of the NYCTA (New York City Transit Authority). It has been pultruded into channel shaped covers for the electrified third rail; and molded in flat panels for both a sign material and for switchgear components. Approved against NYCTA specifications 62, 64, and 65.
Glastic® 1401 北アメリカ
Grade 1401 is an electrical grade of encapsulating material. Characterized by a balance of soft flow and cure rate to ensure complete and proper encapsulation without voiding. Generally too soft for compression molding, but excellent in transfer or injection processes. Directly competitive against epoxy encapsulants on cost and cycle times. Very stable shelf life.

Grade 1403 is one of the most useful general purpose electrical grade materials available on the market. Competitive against phenolic, melamine and urea materials for electrical applications. Easy molding in compression, transfer and injection processes. Stable shelf life.
Glastic® 1410 北アメリカ
Grade 1410 is a high-strength electrical grade material with excellent flammability resistance. In most applications, this material is competitive with SMC. Equal performance at a lower cost. Normally compression molded, but has been successfully injection molded in a number of applications.
Glastic® 1412 北アメリカ
Grade 1412 is one of the most versatile and universal molding materials available anywhere. Flame and track resistant, low shrink for close dimensional control and surface smoothness, high physical properties. Developed for injection molding but also suitable for compression or transfer applications. Glastic's highest temperature material, Grade 1412 is truly a premium material at a reasonable cost. Grade 1412 is approved for Mil specifications MAI-30, MAI-60 and MAT-30.

Grade 1423 is a wear-resistant electrical grade material used in applications where there are moving parts. Best anti-wear properties are exhibited when used in conjunction with mating parts molded from Glastic® Grade 1412 materials. This material was originally designed to meet the television industry's safety assurance requirements. Glastic 1642-10-E is a standoff insulator that is molded of UL recognized flame resistant fiberglass-reinforced thermoset polyester molding compound. Glastic 1642-10-E features shatter resistance and closer height tolerances than commonly available in porcelain insulators. Moisture and heat resistance properties of Glastic 1642-10-E are higher than those of conventional plastic insulators. Glastic 1642-10-E should not be used upside down if there is a possibility of the center hole being filled with water.
