ROAT - Repeated Open Application Test

Aiming to guarantee the least risk to human health possible, studies in safety and maximized conditions (Compatibility Studies) and in Use Conditions (Acceptance Study) were developed. As an alternative in the confirmation of Compatibility in Patch Test, it is possible to use an open application method (open test), known worldwide as ROAT - Repeated Open Application Test. The tests include clinical testing, safety testing, HRIPT, potential irritation, ROAT, Repeated Open Application Test, and Use Test.
