Monoammonium Phosphate (MAP), NH4H2PO4 (Purified), is a white granular crystal that is easily soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, and insoluble in ketone. Food grade Monoammonium Phosphate (MAP) is mainly used as a fermentation and nourishment agent.
