The flours are stabilized using Caremoli’s proprietary thermo-physical processing technology. Some products in the portfolio are further processed to yield pregelatinized flours. Products are made in our certified gluten free facility in Italy. It is gluten free, all natural with no chemical modifications or additions. CareRice™ products are used to replace fat and modified starch in bakery fillings, improve crust texture in bread, replace modified starches, viscosify and stabilize, improve mouthfeel and product cling in soups and sauces.
