HORMEL® Diced Ham, 3/8", Frozen 10 lb is produced from trimmed boneless ham. The muscles are injected and tumbled. The product is stuffed into casings, smoked, and fully cooked. It is then chilled, diced to a piece size of approximately 3/8 inch x 3/8 inch, packaged, and boxed prior to frozen storage. Product shall be produced in a USDA inspected establishment. This product is controlled by the protein fat free (PFF) regulation for cured pork products 319.104 and shall be labeled in accordance with applicable guidelines. Procedures for PFF sampling complied with by Hormel Foods can be found in 9 CFR 318.19.

Find the link to your List page in the user menu.

You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
