Sodium Dehydroacetate is a white or off-white crystalline powder, with a solubility of (25℃,g/100g): ethanol 1; propanediol 48; glycerin 15; water 33; acetone 0.2. It is soluble in water and has a pH value of 1% aqueous solution is 8.
