Applications: citrus flavoring in beverages and confectionery. Ph adjuster in confectionery, beverages, fruits, vegetables, and dairy products. Anti-coagulant and preservative in meats. It's acidity is 1.3 times stronger than citric acid and stable in air. Functional use: acid, sequestrant.
