LB-1810 is a natural, butter type powder produced from raw dairy materials. It has rich, creamy-buttery characteristics, a somewhat pasty texture, and a balanced butter taste. During the production process enzymes are added to the butter in order to create a specific butter flavor profile by optimized fermentation. The product is used as a flavoring agent and flavor enhancer in processed cheese, cheese analogs,cream cheese, dressings, desserts, ice cream, sauces, soups, and bakery products.
