SORIN 100 is a refined, bleached and deodorized hydrogenated palm oil hard fraction. This product is used as a binding agent for the baking industry as it imparts better crumb structure and better stabilizes the dough compared to softer fats. SORIN 100 is excellent as a fat base for dehydrated soup stocks and also finds uses in margarine formulations.
