YIZHI Stabilizer is a stabilizing agent that can be used well in milk products to increase product quality stability for long time storage. The antholeucin in YIZHI Stabilizer will not settle or bed, and can be easy filtered with a pleasant taste. Under normal temperature, it can still keep stable when the PH value is lower than 3.5. It is used to retain water in products such as jelly, meat products and gummy candies. It can additionally be used as a thickening agent in foods such as ice cream, yogurt, fruit juice, noodles, pasta and bread.
