Glucose 60 is a dense liquid that is colorless to light yellow in color, that is odorless and has a neutral taste. It contains 60% glucose and is a natural corn starch that is produced by the hydrolysis of starch milk. Glucose 60 is commonly used in a variety of baking and confectionery food products such as candy, chewing gum, ice cream, jellies, cakes, baklava, desserts, ketchup and mayonnaise.
