Springer® 0302/20–PA–L

Springer® 0302/20–PA–L is a concentrated yeast extract paste obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, specially grown on a molasses based media. It develops a typical flavour profile and is totally soluble. Suggested applications include: stocks, soups, sauces and gravies, convenience foods, meat and fish products, biscuits, baked goods, chips, crisps, savoury snacks, seasoning, flavouring blends and formulations, and savoury premixes.
