Croissant Fat is a non-hydrogenated vegetable fat. It has no additives, very good, regular rise, and short, tender melt. This product is suitable for use in croissants, danish pastries, puff pastries, laminated yeast dough pastries, light and airy baked goods, and yeast dough containing fat.
