Black Garlic Puree

Black Garlic Puree is produced from selected garlic cloves, which are heated and fermented for a month until entire clove turns ink black. The black cloves are pureed with water, packed and frozen for freshness. This product is coarsely ground with a strong umami smell and a unique sweet taste. Black garlic puree can be used in soups, sauces and other products wanting a sweet garlic flavor.
