Healthy AR

Healthy AR is a full spectrum digestive support pleasant tasting chewable tablet intended to rapidly relieve occasional heartburn. Medications that relieve heartburn do so by raising the pH of the stomach. Unfortunately, this significantly inhibits protein digestion. In addition to activating the protein-digesting enzyme pepsin, gastric acid modifies protein structure allowing enzymes access to the bonds. Incomplete protein digestion may result in an immune response or gastric discomfort. Healthy AR provides a healthier alternative for occasional heartburn. While it provides the buffering action of calcium carbonate, it also supplements enzymes that function in the modified pH. Healthy AR supplements a full spectrum of digestive enzymes, including proteases, to support optimal digestion of all types of foods. This product is specifically designed for use in a buffered gastric environment and may be taken along with antacids, proton pump inhibitors and acid blockers.
