SILCOLEASE PC-105NXL is an emulsion of a low vinyl content silicone fluid but without the methyl hydrogen siloxane crosslinker pre-added. As such, SILCOLEASE PC-105NXL offers the flexibility to the formulator of being able to modify the type or the amount of crosslinker to achieve special performance characteristics. A platinum catalyst emulsion is also required. Release modifier emulsions are available which, when blended with SILCOLEASE PC-105NXL in incrementally higher levels, will give correspondingly tighter release force performance.
