Wheat Syrup (16110) 

Wheat Syrup (16110) is made when wheat starch and water are mixed and cooked at 100 degrees Celsius. It is a light yellow syrup with a soft neutral taste and a weak wheat smell. It can act as a substitute for sucrose and honey and can be used in applications such as biscuits, cereal bars, confectionery, sauces and yogurts. Wheat Syrup (16110) is packaged into a 25 kg PP bucket.
