Wheat Hard Red Flackes are made by cleaning, steaming and flaking wheat berries to a customized flake thickness. Applications include bakery products, mueslies and ready-to-eat cereals. The color is light to darker red-brown with some white for flaked products. The taste is clean, with no off flavors.
