BUILDING BLOCKS® Flavored Beef Stock Concentrate B8 (49716) is a shelf stable product produced by slowly cooking beef bones in a large volume of fresh water. The proteins are released during the heating to create a protein rich stock. The rich stock is then concentrated and blended with autolyzed yeast and salt. The concentrated dark brown paste has a heavy, dense consistency. It is completely dispersible in water when it is added to warm water and agitated.
Use Flavored Beef Stock Concentrate B8 to bring out a roast beef flavor in soup, gravy, broth or sauce. It adds a pleasant roasted beef flavor while smoothing harsh flavors and adding body. Use it at a 1 - 5% in most formulas.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
