Millet, Hulled, is a plant in the grass family that is grown in hot, dry areas. Pearled millet is its most common variant. The product appears as small, spherical, light-yellow seeds with an neutral aroma and typical taste. It can be used in setting, in specialty breads, in seasoning for salads and vegetables, and in a mixture with other seeds.
PANEMEX began in the mill and started it's first diversification in the late 80s when they began to manufacture products for specialty flours and Front baking. Now they are a global supplier of premixes and seed mixes for special breads to wholesalers, manufacturers and millers. They offer their customers custom blends based on cubes of fruit, flour, flakes and/or grains.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
