IdaPro® Milk Protein Isolate-85% International (MPI-85I)

IdaPro® Milk Protein Isolate-85% International (MPI-85I) is used as an emulsifier/stabilizer in dairy products such as yogurt and ice cream. It is also valuable in protein-enrichment applications such as ready to drink beverages and bars for adult nutrition, sports nutrition and weight management. It is manufactured from fresh, pasteurized skim milk using a proven lowheat membrane filtration process to ensure protein is undenatured and remains highly nutritional. This product is characterized by a clean, slightly milky flavor and clean, bland aroma. It has excellent solubility and emulsifying capabilities.
