Pork Protein Extract: PG80 has a high Protein content and fibrous aspect, making it the ideal meat substitute for most applications in cooked dishes. After its prehydration at 1/3, there is a substitute of cooked grinded meat with 20% of protein and less than 5 % of fat. This is to be used mainly in filled-in products and in cooked sausages where visual meat is needed (cooked salamis...).

This product can be transported, stocked and conserved at room temperature, without risk of deterioration and absolute Bacteriological security. This product comes as a dehydrated meat fiber, with a neutral taste and odor. It has a shelf life of nine months in its original packaging.
