Brine Additives are functional blends that are suitable for low injection levels between 20 and 30%. The blends are not combined with any flavor, therefore basic taste of the meat products is not affected. It is recommended for curing raw meat pieces, pre-treating marinated meats and curing mosaic meat pieces for cold cuts. Brine Additives are also recommended for curing whole piece meat cuts and products stuffed into casings. The advantage is to guarantee an attractive cut surface, even at high injection/water addition levels.
