Butter CO2-se extract, Cryst. Type (product code 096.001) is gently produced from butterfat and enhances the taste of your formulations with a characteristic butter flavor. This extract is natural alternative to synthetic diacetyl. Thanks to the high concentration of CO2 extracts, it is possible to incorporate this liquid butter extract in a low dosage into your products. This allows the use in organic certified product lines. Especially bakeries, confectionery, candies, ice cream, popcorn, cereals and dressings profit from Butter CO2-se extract, Cryst. Type. The product combines well with vanilla and cocoa flavourings. Combined with our second butter type (Butter CO2-se extract, Dist. Type, product code 096.004) – rich in smell, you can create your own flavoring note. As natural flavouring extract (FTNF = from the named fruit) it is suitable for Clean Label declaration. This Butter CO2 extract is lactose-free, does not need any preservatives and offers long shelf life (60 months after production until re-test). It is kosher and halal certified. It contains – apart from our own natural FLAVEX Rosemary Antioxidant - no additives and no other technical adjuncts. The product is 100% natural and it corresponds to the EC Flavouring Regulation No. 1334/2008 for flavouring preparations. (European declaration: contains Antioxidant: Rosemary extract.)

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
