Healthy Foundations® Low Sodium Advantage Chicken Base is a paste base made with chicken fat and natural proportioned cooked chicken meat. It is USDA approved, contains no added monosodium glutamate (MSG), and has a yellow color in appearance. Healthy Foundations® Low Sodium Advantage Chicken Base has the pleasant flavor and aroma characteristic of chicken stock when prepared while still satisfying the requirements of a low or reduced sodium diet. It is water soluble and used to create or enhance stocks, soups, sauces, gravies, pasta and rice dishes.
